By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Services Provided
Intrepid Logistics LLC acts solely as a freight dispatching service and not as a freight broker or carrier.
We do not:

Guarantee load availability or rate levels.

Handle payments between carriers, brokers, or shippers.

Accept liability for cargo claims, delivery delays, or equipment breakdowns.
We serve as your authorized agent for dispatching and load coordination only, within the scope permitted by your Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA).
Membership & Fees
Members agree to pay the agree-upon dispatching or membership fee (weekly or monthly) according to their plan.
Monthly memberships include a 10% discount.
Payments are non-refundable once a service period begins.
Privacy and Data Use
We collect and store carrier information solely for dispatch and communication purposes. Data will not be sold or shared outside of required business functions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
